According to an official announcement today, the partnership aims to boost the development of blockchain games on Sui while also expanding the Warped Universe. In this immersive blockchain-powered game, players’ actions and decisions shape the environment and influence each season’s direction.

Following its design, Warped Universe allows players to engage in PvE action in single-player or co-op mode. Its innovative multi-genre design gives players the flexibility to choose between turn-based or real-time genres across both ground and space gameplay.

Notably, Warped Games has joined forces with Mysten Labs after selecting Sui as the blockchain to support its mission to onboard millions of players and expand the Warped Universe. The partnership focuses on breaking the barrier to blockchain accessibility while expanding blockchain gaming’s reach to a wider audience.

To achieve this, it will provide a secure and efficient way to store raw data and media files—such as images, audio, video, and other game assets—at low cost without compromising performance.

With this development, players in Warped Universe will be able to explore new ways to experience genuine ownership of their digital assets. They will be able to store in-game captures or statistics, creating a more immersive and reliable player-driven experience.

Sui to Simplify Blockchain Accessibility For Warped Universe​

It is noteworthy that Warped Game’s decision to integrate Sui follows the network’s ability to eliminate the obstacles facing the adoption of blockchain technology.
